Renoise Tool: Meta Status

It simply updates the status bar with some song meta info, including Song Filename, current TPL and global Track Headroom.

The inspiration behind this is wanting to see the current song filename always displayed. It's present in the title-bar in windowed mode, but the title-bar is hidden in full-screen mode. I always want to know the name of the current song file I am working on.
